William J. Hybl, Chair
Chairman and CEO of the El Pomar Foundation in Colorado Springs, CO, the largest foundation in the Rocky Mountain region; President of the United States Olympic Committee during four Olympic Games and member of the International Olympic Committee; former member of the Colorado House of Representatives and Assistant District Attorney of the Fourth Judicial District of Colorado; former U.S. representative to the U.N. General Assembly and special assistant to President Ronald Reagan.

Judy Black

H.E. Dame Eugenia Charles
Prime Minister of Dominica (1980-1995); honored as Dame of the British Realm by Queen Elizabeth II in 1991. A respected leader in the Caribbean, she has held a variety of positions in the Dominican government including Minister of Finance, Planning, Development, and Foreign Affairs. Admitted to the bar in Antigua, Barbados, and Dominica in 1949, the first Dominican woman to do so.

Jean-Pierre Kingsley
